Statesman Capital Corporation (USA) is a partnership between Statesman Capital Corporation (Canada), an experienced private lender, and Desert Wind Homes, a respected local developer.

Victor Rameker, President of Desert Wind Homes, had firsthand experience with the challenges of traditional bank financing—slow approvals, inflexible terms, hidden costs, and outside interference that affected schedules and profitability.

In 2011, Mr. Rameker began financing his projects with Daniel Lipetz, founder of Statesman Capital Corporation, an established Canadian private lender. What began as a single project evolved into a long-term and highly effective working relationship.

Over the last 14 years, the partnership has completed more than 12 development projects and delivered over 600 homes, reflecting a shared commitment to efficiency, transparency, and dependable execution.

Recognizing that many developers in Northern Nevada face similar financing challenges, Mr. Rameker and Mr. Lipetz co-founded Statesman Capital Corporation (USA), a direct mortgage lender and broker designed to meet the needs of builders and developers.
