A $2M acquisition and development loan, coupled with a $2.5M revolving construction facility used to finance the development of 102 entry-level single-family homes in Sun Valley, a suburb of Reno, Nevada. This project was purchased in 2024 and is being developed by Desert Wind Homes, an experienced Northern Nevada developer.
