The Preserve - Genoa Ranch

A $5.1M acquisition loan paired with a $7.5M revolving construction facility to finance the development of 106 high-end semi-custom homes in Genoa Ranch. Purchased in 2022 and developed by Desert Wind Homes, the revolving credit structure allows the $7.5M facility to be drawn and repaid multiple times, providing approximately $50M in total debt access. The project maintains an overall LTV below 50% with a maximum finished unit LTC of 100%.
