Truckee River Green - Reno

A $7M revolving construction facility supporting the development of 69 townhome units fronting the Truckee River in Reno. Located near Downtown, the project delivered large, riverfront townhomes in an area with limited new housing supply. Upon completion, nine remaining units were refinanced with a $1.65M inventory loan to reduce carrying costs.
